The positions will be based as follows:
– 1 in Eastern Romania (Moldova & Dobrogea);
– 1 in Southern Romania (Muntenia & Oltenia).
Our beneficiary is a leading company, one of the biggest manufacturer of fertilizers and biostimulants in Europe. The company is commercially active in Romania for last 10 years via a strategic partnership with Agricover and is already generating a significant cooperation with Romanian farmers.
Main Responsibilities:
– Creating demand for the products in the territory of Romania.
– Visiting key farmers, giving them technical advice and promoting the products.
– Giving support to distributor’s sales representatives.
– Executing market strategies, while providing constant business intelligence reports to top management.
We are looking for:
– An Agronomist Engineer with deep knowledge on plant nutrition.
– Minimum 2 years in a similar position.
– A person with a very good command in English, driving license B and IT literate (Excel, Power Point).
– A good attitude: self-driven, self-motivated and a team-player.
