Agxecutive is recruiting Senior Agronomist South-East Romania – an international farming investment fund
For a very dynamic international farming investment fund well established in South-East Romania and belonging to the very exclusive circle of those cultivating beyond 10.000 ha, Agxecutive is now exclusively recruiting a Senior Agronomist. This newly created position aims to support and further optimize the technical choices and agronomic strategies of the company.
Main responsibilities:
– This position is not an operational agronomist getting involved in the usual campaigns, but rather a strategist and a technical support profile, for both the CEO and the rest of the agronomists;
– The position will closely work with a Procurement Manager in order to acquire in a professional manner the needed agricultural inputs, solutions, services and technologies.
The suitable candidate for this position is based in Ialomita or Constanta or the other counties in-between and has:
– Expertise: must be an Agronomist, with university degree in Agriculture;
– Experience: min. 5 years in technical part, either in a farm or, preferably, coming from inputs suppliers or distributors of inputs;
– Availability: asap;
– Flexibility: high level of mobility between and inside the farms in South-East Romania;
– Good command of English;
– Technical skills: the position will need to intimately understand the specificities of the agricultural inputs and design the most suitable technological solutions for the farms;
– Driving license B.
